Apply P-201 between two closed cell backer rods. Diameter of the backer rods should be approximately 20% greater than the width of the joint. Any flowing water must be stopped before applying P-201. Allow 5~7 days before subjecting the joint to water at high hydrostatic head pressures.
Apply either KBA-1510FP or P-201 in joints less than 3/8" in width. Stretch and insert the KBA-1510FP. KBA-1510FP can be inserted in presence of flowing water. The ability to withstand initial hydrostatic head depends on tightness of KBA-1510FP. Flowing water must be stopped before applying P-201.
